Refund Policy

Returns

If eligible for return, customers will need to pay for the freight to return items to Convino. The cost to return goods for the purpose of exchange or fault is at the expense of the customer. Convino will send any replacements or exchanges at their expense.

We suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that goes missing.

Once the goods are received back at our warehouse we will process the refund/exchange within 7-10 working days of receiving the faulty goods back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be paid back to the payment gateway used by the customer at the time of purchase.

Faulty Items

Convino work extremely hard to ensure that all goods are of the highest quality. If for any reason you find a fault with one of your Items we are here to help.

We offer full replacements on faulty items up to 7 days post purchase date. This excludes final sale items, or those marked as not perfect at point of sale.

Incorrect Item Supplied

If we accidentally send you the wrong item or order please contact sales@convino.com so we can get it sorted. You have up to 7 days post order date to notify us that you have received an incorrect item or order. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging.

Goods Damaged in Transit

In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately on 09 522 4232 or email sales@convino.com so that we can resolve the problem.

If you are not completely happy with your choice of product, we are happy to exchange your product for credit or refund within 7 days of receiving it. In order to be eligible for exchange or refund, you must notify us for approval and return the product in its original packaging and saleable condition.

All return costs are payable by you and we suggest you insure the item and return by Registered Post or Courier. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods or damage caused during return.
