To use: Remove foil/plastic cap with a fold-out knife. Insert the Teflon spiral in the centre of the cork and screw all the way down. Place the higher lever on edge of the bottle and lift the handle as far as possible. Re-position the bottom lever and lift again to remove the cork smoothly.
