To use: Remove foil/plastic cap with a sliding knife, designed to be used with one hand. Insert the Spiral in the center of the cork and screw it all the way down. Place the higher lever on edge of the bottle and lift handle as far as possible. Re-position the bottom lever and lift again to remove the cork smoothly.
